Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential leads.
  • Client Consultation: Understand client’s needs and provide expert advice.
  • Property Presentation: Create appealing property listings and marketing materials.
  • Negotiation and Sales: Skillfully negotiate offers and oversee transactions.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and provide insights to clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships.
  • Legal and Compliance: Ensure transactions comply with regulations.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle transaction paperwork and maintain records.
  • Networking and Marketing: Expand professional network and promote services.

Preferred candidate profile

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong sales and negotiation skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.


Education- MBA/Graduation
Experience- 1-3 Years of Experience in the same real Estate industries especially in the Gurgaon area.
